I’m really happy with my new iPhone 12. I got the purple one because it’s my favorite color. The price was perfect and as of right now, I’m not having any problems with my refurbished phone. It works way better than my 12 that I recently had. My birthday present to myself. I’m a happy customer and will be ordering my daughter’s phone in 2 weeks for her birthday. Love the refurbished iPhone

Love the refurbished iPhone 12! It took some doing to get it up and running due to a glitch in timing, related to the new ios which had downloaded to my old iPhone but not yet the new one that was in transit at the time... but BackMarket's tech help hung in with me and walked me through what I needed to do to fix the problem. I'm very pleased!

Perfect and exactly as advertised

The transition from my old 8 was super easy, (Purchased from Back Market 3 years ago) and I was able to sell that back for some additional $ through the same partner.
