iPhone 12 Pro Max

In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time.
I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone!
The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery!
But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

I bought an iphone 12 pro max in "good" condition. Compared with the iphone 6s I had been using I feel that I've been catapulted into the future. My only issue (other than no written explanation of how to work an iphone without a home button) is the screen condition which, because it was classified as "good," was billed to be "perfect". The body was in great condition but the screen has a few small scratches on it which don't really bother me too much. It's certainly not enough for me to go through the hassle of claiming any warranty work or anything, and overall I'm pleased with my purchase; but it would have been nice to have been delivered an item completely as advertised.

I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when I opened the package containing my iPhone 12 Pro Max. What impressed me the most was the overall condition and appearance of the phone. I consider the phone to be in excellent condition.

Not only high marks for the physical phone itself, but delivery was very timely.

I ordered an iphone 12 pro max in good condition, and it was in pristine condition when I got it. Pretty much like new and I could not be happier! Even the battery capacity is still at 100%. What a deal! Thank you Back Market. I don't think that I will ever buy a new phone again.

I bought this iPhone 12 Pro Max in good condition and it came with only one tiny visible scratch the screen was flawless. I just wish that it came with a new battery since the existing one is only at 90% health.
